How much do you believe in yourself? Like really, truly believe in yourself?
Self-belief is something that’s incredibly important but often forgotten about; too busy taking the perfect seflie, too busy comparing to others on Instagram, focusing completely on other people’s lives, their digital lives, that your own life is forgotten.
Spending your time comparing yourself to others isn’t a successful way to live your life; you might wish to look like Kendall Jenner or Gigi Hadid with their model figures, but understand that is part of the life they desire to live. They’re models. You aren’t. Ergo it isn’t the most important thing in your life to have an incredibly toned stomach or thighs. So don’t beat yourself up. It all sounds so simple in that way when you think about it.
Why compare yourself to something or someone when you have no actual interest living a similar life? Why focus on others when you can look at yourself and say “Now what can I achieve? What am I capable of?” What makes you push yourself down and forget your own wants and ambitions?
Too many times will you squash yourself down to make other people comfortable with their own life, so much so that you forget what makes you so different to others and why it’s important. The way you dress, think, view the world and understand can be incredibly unique. Confidence and belief go hand in hand, so believe you can do whatever you set your mind on.
Who’s actually stopping you? How long will you let yourself be pushed and shoved before taking a stand? When will you stand up and realise you are capable of anything and everything?
Stand away from the internet world of filtered images and move toward building up your own empire. Don’t give a damn about other people’s lives if you can’t summon up a damn about your own.
The biggest thing people are scared of is the moment you realised your own potential powers.
